Hey guys. I am looking for a mechanic who works on saturdays and knows how to handle vdubs. Anyone got any decent contacts ? If u know how much he charges for labour that would be great too. Thanks
He has done work on my TT, as well as my dads mk4 Golf 1.8t in recent years.
Give him a shout and see what he charges and when he can take you.
You are well advised to call first, because many people here on the vortex use him and he was very busy the last time I stopped by to pick up some parts.
The one final point I will make regarding Perjad is that because he is also a parts retailer, for those of us who like to do it ourselves. He knows who is making decent replacement parts and who is making crap. Many OEM suppliers have shifted production to China with unfortunate consequences. So if he sees that certain brands are failing prematurely he will not use them or recommend them. So the benefit is not only of knowing that the job is done right and at a decent price, but also with the best parts available.
