Just curious if anyone has had experience with dried vegetable powder that is use to make a "green drink".
I've been trying this "Amazing Grass - Amazing Meal". Saw it at a local organic food store and decided to try it. Since then (about 2 weeks), I haven't had a headache (get headaches every few days), and my digestive system has been awesome, like clockworm with no pain (have IBS). I also feel more alert. It's weird.
Anyway, just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. I'm wondering if it's a placebo effect, or what. I have a typical American diet, so I'm not getting the amount of vegetables I should, which is why I bought this -I wanted to boost the amount of greens in my diet. The powder is dried vegetables, which supposedly retains a lot of the nutrients if not all.
What do you all think?
Here's a label if anyone's curious. BTW, before I bought it, I though stuff like wheatgrass and chlorophyll was hippie BS, but I've completely changed my mind.
