I need an app with workouts broken out by muscle group, with the flexibility to add your own, as well as the ability to track progress. What are the better iphone options?

I'm trying to imagine an app that wouldn't be cumbersome to play with during the workout. I used to keep a notebook at home, and maybe bring a scrap of paper to the gym if I was doing something complicated.
