      Definitely on bath salts. Apparently in Florida, it's illegal to use on-duty uniformed police officers in any type of political campaign. So when a reporter asks the guy about it....

      That guy is a moron. He said the same thing 3 times. I imagine he memorized a response to that question and is incapable of responding differently.

      Or just braindead from lack of sleep or something. Stupidity alone will normally get you some varied responses...people who haven't slept in days get that glazed look and can do the repeat the same answer thing...or, you know, drugs.
