:::UPDATE:::

I really appreciate the help guys! The problem ended up being a combination of dirty filters and what seemed to be bad fuel? I cleaned the in tank filter, bought a new external filter and added fresh gas with a fuel additive and she fired up. I just wanted to add to this thread all of the helpful information and website that made things easy and understandable and hopefully it is helpful to anyone with a similar problem in the future.

Cheers!!

Yes yes that pump is humming along just fine.... Not too sure if it's providing the correct pressure tho, I've read and heard from people that I'll need special equipment and that I'm doing it all wrong lol.

What a **** show. Oh well, you never know till you try.

Any advice as to test this CSI easily without having a shop?

Definitly could be alot of things, as I have experienced. My advice is to start the cheapest and work your way to the more expensive parts, as per usual. I know for a fact with a little experience here, that if there is no fuel relay, the car starts and shuts off immediatly like this video from me:

So check your relay to do this you get a wire and run it where the relay #65 is from the longest horizontal slot to the longest vertical slot, this will bypass the relay.

Otherwise, check the lift pump strainer, replace your fuel filter, and open up the fuel - in line to the fuel dist. for the factory filter that should not be there, its inside the banjo bolt.

If you could please post a video of a few startup attempts, you may have a problem with the warm up regulator.
