So, I'm troubleshooting some problems I've been having with my Mk3 Golf. It's a 1994 Golf, 2.0, OBDI, 5-speed. My passenger side taillight stays on anytime the battery is connected, even with the key out of the ignition. I'm assuming it is something with the alarm system causing this. Any information would be helpful as of how to fix this. The car starts fine and no alarm sounds besides when I reconnect my battery. The horn chirps once and then that is it. Again, any info is helpful. Thanks.
