I recently watched a documentary about the environmental impact of eating meat and animal products and it shook me. I don't have ethical qualms about slaughtering animals for food (I hunt and fish) but the unsustainability of eating farmed meat is undeniable.
This brings me to my problem.
I really want to try veganism but all the cookbooks I've come across are all "gluten-free" holistic hippie bull****. I don't have Celiac or Crohn's disease so I have no problem with gluten and I don't mind eating it. Are there any vegan/vegetarian cookbooks out there that aren't on the stupid no-gluten bandwagon?
