I don't think so. Holden, Ford, and Chrysler's Australian lineups have always been pretty much their own thing.

Well, the 25yr limit should be up for importing these and I'll definitely have to look into that.

I prefer the 77-79 Impala coupes with the sportback glass

The B bodies are also a great place to get upgraded brakes for your G body, if you want to keep the 15" wheels.

98-up blazers are a better place to get upgraded brakes for your G body, it keeps the stock front end geometry and has hub assemblies with two piston calipers (also has 12" rotors like B bodies). B body spindles are taller and increase turning radius and bumpsteer unless you run tubular upper control arms to compensate for them.

As my 1st car was a 65 dodge dart gt, this is my current fav "odd" pro touring treatment

I love this style of car modification for the most part, but why the horrendous wheels on 98% of these?

That Dart is gorgeous. You can see a ton of work in it. I always had a soft spot for the "ugly" mopars, the 61-64 deals. Those headlights are interesting. Wonder what they are?

Old-guys cannot pick decent wheels to save their lives, IMO. Especially the muscle car crowd.

I am usually not one to generalize, but yeah. Lots of chrome torque thrusts, usually in a oddly high offset and a little too big or too small.

Was there a Mercury Maverick? A friend had his patents '75 Ford Maverick when he was in law school 30+ years ago. Back then I thought it was Ford Maverick / Mercury Comet.

Since the other thread of more mainstream cars got bumped, I'll put this up again as well.

You rarely see any pre-GTO Pontiacs.
