I'm having hard time finding someone I trust with 16 Golf R.

I can recommend two that I am using.

      https://www.yelp.com/biz/sky-auto-detail-fremont-2
Pricing is competitive to most handwash places but Alex does great work, does two bucket system etc. I typically use them when I know I am in the area and need a handwash or good cleaning

Price is up there but really great work. Use them once/twice a year for a deep detail - Zaino detailer if that matters to you.

I asked the one guy I know of, but he doesn't detail for customers anymore. Sorry! Good luck!

These guys are Opticoat certified and a favorite of the Tesla crowd for paint correction. Not cheap, but they did a great job on my Panamera a while back:

What you need to do is bring it to a reputable shop that can apply Ceramic Pro 9H. My dad brought his ML 350 BlueTec to AE Auto Spa:

Each of our packages comes with the following pre-steps

      - Exterior wash

      - Clay bar paint treatment (contamination removal)

      - Single step paint correction & polishing

      - Exterior Solvent Bath (polish & oil removal)

      - Basic interior wipe down

      - Interior vacuum

      - Windows cleaned

      Ceramic Pro Packages

      Ceramic Pro Silver (3-4 Days)

      Includes:

1 Coat of Ceramic Pro 9H (hardness coating)

1 Coat of Ceramic Pro Light (Repellant / Shine Coat)

2 Coats of Ceramic Pro Rain (windshield coating)

1 Coat of Ceramic Pro Wheels (wheel faces)

      Ceramic Pro Gold (4-5 Days)

      Includes:

4 Coats of Ceramic Pro 9H (hardness coating)

1 Coat of Ceramic Pro Light (Repellant / Shine Coat)

2 Coats of Ceramic Pro Rain (windshield coating)
