    Love bacon. Love breakfast buffets were I can get all I can eat back. I end up eat the better part of a pound when I indulge (which isn't often)....

    Have you looked at that "Homemade Bacon" thread. I can't believe it made me drool. I wish I had a smoker; and the backyard to put it in.
    Has anyone else here done this? You could just taste it from those photos.

    Love Smithfield. It's only a 1/2 hour drive to go there and get it FRESH cut!

    Turkey Day is just around the corner. How many of us will make a bacon or sausage based stuffing? I usually make a sausage and cornbread stuffing, but I bake the cornbread with bacon. A little bacon grease to season the cast iron skillet never hurt either!
