Honestly, would rather shoot the sh$t with like minded enthusiasts see some random metal in the flesh. Maybe do the first one somewhere between Man Jose and mid peninsula ? Just a thought.
Sounds like you are talking about the DWA CC. Last one for the spring is happening this saturday. (They run the time that canepa is on break) Since my fun car is currently down, I will most likely be missing it. http://www.drivingwhileawesome.com/events-2/

So much this! Though its a bit further south than the penninsula being in Santa Cruz, one of the DWA members relatives owns/operates the coffee shop (Coffeeville) lot that we use the and make some killer coffee drinks to boot!

It's a pretty small group, but what it lacks in size and exotics it more than makes up for in quality/mindset of the people.

Another vote for DWA CnC. Good group of dudes. Drew will be holding down the SS representation since I'll be working this upcoming weekend.

I'm new here and was wondering what cars you all are driving. I myself have a 17 Golf R and I'm in the Bay Area. I thought about doing a cars&coffee in Danville in the near future

at this rate Northstar's bike park wont have time to open. 211" at the summit and open until at least April 23, probably going later.

I've done the drive to Harris Ranch a few time via Hwy 25 and 198. Fun drive through farmland and very few cyclists.

Still up in the air. With the countdown started on the Vololvo's time under my ownership I'm trying to share the experience with as many folks as possible. But I am still 400 miles short of my break in period soooo yeah.

I still want to host a TCL bbq. I can supply meats and host. Just bring good beer. People with bad beer will be turned away.

How does Saturday March 25th sound?

I have the best beer. When people talk about it, they comment on how it's known as the best. It's a bigly selection of the yugest beers.

      I'm down.

I have some American lagers that have been vibrate-aged in an outdoor non-insulated cardboard vessel. They've been temperature cycled in line with seasonal increases and decreases for the truest-to-taste-and-age representation. I've been saving them for a special occasion, but this might be it!

This will go perfectly with my slowly smoked brisket I've gently loved and tended to for 15-16 hours.

And yes, I do f*ck the meat. Makes it more tender and juicy.

      I'm not that patient.

I can host, but I'm still in a poverty spec apartment while I continue to save for a house. Plus, if I let all of the car nerds descend on my place, I'll be single. There's only so much drunken Dirt Rally that my lady will tolerate.
