I'd be down to do this later on...I really gotta get my rear brakes done soon, the grinding is getting annoying. Anyone have some good rear Mk3 calipers they'd let go on the cheap? I might appreciate a hand with getting them done in the next few weeks, too, if any of you Fondy guys would wanna stop by for some beers. When is yet to be seen, since the parts are gonna eat up a whole check...

Selling the TT as soon as it gets a couple door dings fixed and suspension and wheels installed...If anyone is interested or knows anyone interested please pm me...Car made 400whp last dyno before the engine rebuild and overbore...should make at least 20whp more I expect going from 81mm to 83mm pistons...

Lots of new parts including brand new suspension with bushings, and three sets of tires...set with highest mileage has 5000 miles on them (winter bridgestone blizzaks)


Bluebook is $11,331 in excellent condition...I have over 15k into this car in parts asking 14k

Met up with a fellow dubber in my town just a little while ago. Guy has a white VR6 jetta dumped on some clean black rims and a few deletes/clean up mods. I think his name was Tony he said.
He says he uses the vortex for troubleshooting stuff. I mentioned to him that we have a decent regional forum here so hopefully he shows up.

Got the regulator on the driver's front replaced. That was kind of a pin. Took a few minutes to figure out how to get the new one into the door. Came out easy enough, but getting it back in was a pain. Eventually I'll do the rear one. Need to make a run to the other junkyard in town and see if I can find some mk4 calipers. Figure I might as well go for an upgrade.

So I picked up some good used tires for the new rims I got for my daily driver.

Anyone have any good connections or know a place that can remove 4 shot tires and install/balance 4 new tires for a good price? Most shops local to me want around $120 to do this.

Oh jeez. Get whole of me. We can do it for 60 bucks plus tax and shop fees of course. Shop fees will be less than a dollar before all the dealer haters can pop in....

Hey all, I haven't been in here for a while and I may not even know anyone who's still posting in this thread but if anyone knows anyone who would want to pick up a minty srt-4 Neon there's a guy I work with trying to unload his. I'm not positive about the year but it's red, has 20,000 miles, is bone stock and is in amazing condition. The guy bought it for a toy but just doesn't use it enough even though it's meticulously maintained and for someone into these cars it's pretty much the perfect find. He wants to get $10,000 for it but I can get more info from him if anyone wants.

I was gonna say I'm pretty sure Walmart will do it for cheap as well. Granted that's dependent upon how much you trust Walmart's "tech" to mount/balance correctly.

Should be a fun little car. Had to finance for 5.5 years, though.

I decided the two extra years was worth it, over a 2004 S2000 with the same monthly payment, but 3x the milage.

She goes like a raped ape. Fastest car I've ever sat in.
