I'd like to see a round up of the winners WITH pics!

      Somebody get on that!

Also, the vendors giving out the special trophies need to be instructed on microphone use. Nobody could hear them. I thought Justin did a good job at announcing. With so many categories, it was hard to get descriptions of every winner.. hence, I want a photo round up.

I call tell you MK1 Rocco 2nd place was my wife:

Car that looks good from afar.

maybe next year someone can bring a bigass tv and project pictures of the winning cars as theyre announced just kidding. i imagine it's a common struggle with most car shows though since people see so many cars in a day that when winners are announced they usually can't recall what the owners car looks like.

I think they just would have been better off with a bullhorn or something - it was hard to understand ANYONE, unless you were directly in line of sight with the speakers. (There were a few folks behind the table like me and my friends who just couldn't understand anything, and if you were anywhere else in the parking ramps, you couldn't understand what was being said either - during the rain me and my friends were roaming around in the ramp checking out the cars taht werent' being shown and the weather updates they were giving out were unintelligible.

Sorry about the sound. We were left little choice for speaker placement due to the weather. I believe this is the first year there were any complaints, and the first year there were any complaints about sound. The bull horn would have been a good idea though I agree. This year was somewhat frustrating because the rain held up judging almost 2 hours. Awards started way late, and the blow up car didn't blow up. Overall I would call the show good, it seemed like overall everyone had a good time.

A photo round up sounds nice, but then they would have to come up with a big enough display. Overall the main problem was the fact the speakers were inside the parking garage so all we heard was the mixed reverberations from inside the parking garage.

Had a great time, hoping to have some sexier wheels next year to really set my car off.

So, I ended up getting back in the dub game after selling my mk4 GTI to my roommate. I picked up an 89 two-door Fox like two hours after I left DIV. Anyone else around here have one? Anyone know where they may be some in junkyards?

I'm really looking for anyone with fox-related know-how because I have none and parts are difficult to come by. Get at me!

The only reason fox parts are hard is because they were homogenized from leftover parts bins lol. Foxes are the VW version of Jonny Cashs One Piece At A Time....

First car show, first trophy. Took 2nd for the mark 5 Jettas. Had a great time checking out all the cars and can't wait for next year.

Any of you fine folks with a B5 Passat need a Bentley manual? I have one that I no longer need since I wrecked the wagon. Basically new, only used it a couple times. Only asking $50, let me know.

Funny, because the first time I heard that song was on a Kettle Kruise Mixtape for V.E.N.O.M. years back.....

The paint on Erics wheels is AWESOME. When I walked past it at EW - I did a double-take as the light hit them.... Friggen gorgeous.

Any one know a desolate stretch of road in the area where I can do some logging?

Just installed Cobb stage 1 aggressive over my Dinan S2 this week.

I'm going to start tuning for E85 with access tuner race, but I need to find a stretch of road where I can do some 4th gear pulls.

4th touches about 130 at the top end (easy in the 135i).

There are some pretty rural stretches outside of Green Bay, as well as a few county highways and such around Fondy that are sparsely populated. I may have to go for a drive one of these days and do some scouting for you.
