When i worked at a Porsche shop we had a cutomer who wanted that wing on his car. the wing alone was $12k.

oh, and yeah. I love it on the TT.

wow, thats hot, the car just needs to sit lower to compensate I think.

edit: I also think it should have a less "Round" body kit , and should have one that ends more parallel to the ground to give it that low, ground skimming effect that the porsches have.

The car looks cool and original. Wing , sideskirts . That's the only thing i would change.

Not only is it an aesthetic improvement, it's extremly funtctional as the TT requires as much help as it can get in the rear downforce dept.

And it looks more interesting than that little lip wing that they added on the early recall.

Every time I look back at this picture, I feel differently. I liked it, then I didn't.

But given how very hard it is to modify a TT and actually improve upon its natural beauty, I'd say this was a good addition.

      But $12!?! Is that right?

I love the wheels on the car but I agree that it would look even better with a nice set of BBS wheels. Kinda of give it that more track feel kinda like the Porsche race cars.

i kinda like it, except that i can't be sure it has the power to back it up.

Anyways I think its a little too big!

that TT is not worthy of that wing

    30. 07-19-2003 02:44 PM #30
Wings West or Porsche, I would like it either way. I think the wing would look a lot better if the overall look were more agressive. Picture this wing on a wide body TT with some decent sized deep dish wheels and it would be a real looker.

Would be interesting to see how the backside looks.

What's that wing made from that makes it so expensive?

Looks good. Side skirts have to go though. Lower it a bit and someone might think it is a competent car.
