I find myself laughing at Van Damme when he gets blinded at the end and he has flashbacks and starts yelling like a bitchass.which was in Bloodsport, and also another Bruce Lee movie that I can't remember right now.

anyways, he shows up at the door and asks if me and the other assistant can help his dad in with some gear coming from the car. we say yeah, no prob, and i look out to the parking lot and kinda recognized Bolo, but i didn't know from where...until we got to the car.
so i excitedly blurt out "Hey, YOU'RE BLOODSPORT!!" like a complete a$$! he laughed it off and slugged me in the arm -- HARD. the bruise was the size of his fist. the guy was totally cool. i didn't want to bug him about Bloodsport, but i had to ask. he said him and Van Damme we're trying to script out a sequel -- no joke! the story would be about his son in the film killing VD's/Frank Dux's kid during the Kumite, so Dux comes out of retirement to show the old man some revenge. he asked me what i thought. i didn't have the heart to tell him i thought it was a bad idea, so i lied and told him i couldn't wait to see it.
the weirdest part about the whole thing was how short he was. i'm only 5'7" and he was shorter than me. you're used to seeing him all huge on screen, but he was a squat little guy.
i still have a pic of us from the shoot. i'll post it when i find it.

I just talked to my friend tonight to get an idea of how long that would take - she said that when her family took the ferry to Hong Kong (she lived around the Canton area), it would take about 2 hours
We estimated it would probably take about at least a day or so to complete the trip swimming
