saw a nice black MK4 jetta in a sav-on lot on brookhurst in fountain valley (i think) about 10:30 ish this morning.tinted windows, wheels, lowered, eyelids, clear sidemarkers... some other stuff...

I caught a glimpse of a black mk4 GTi going up deep canyon as I was going down at about 12:30 today
it looked like he was on some rims and had different headlights with disabled DRL's plus some other mods, driver turned his head and checked out my ride as I passed and I flashed my lights
anyone here on the tex?
and damn I want to see an R32 badly hopefully if/when I encounter one on the road they'll be more friendly than the folks I've read aboutPeace

saw an s8 on the 5freeway about five minutes south of where the turn off is for the 101 or 110 something like that. whatever goes into downtown la. some older guy driving it though. pimp ride

spotted a black mk3 gti and i think a green mk3 jetta together at the cheveron station in Eagle Rock. The Corner of eagle rock and verdugo i belive. the gti had a euro plate in the front and the mk4 style head light u one here ?????????????

Three sightings within about 10 minutes of each other.Sighting 1: Approximately 5:35 pm...I was sitting in Steve's Burgers on the corner or 182nd and Praire Blvd. in Torrance. A silver Mk4 Jetta heading west with a full Oettinger body kit dumped on Oettinger wheels. Looked to be a 1.8T from what I could tell. Car sat at the light in traffic for a minute or so. Looked to be a female with short dark hair driving it. Sighting 2: About 5 minutes later at the same light, I saw a dark blue Mk4 GTI come sit at the light also heading west. Was lowered on stock GTI wheels. Sighting 3: On the way home while cutting over to Artesia from 182nd via Yukon, I noticed a white Mk4 Golf lowered with darkend/smoked tail lights. Couldn't tell for sure, but it also looked like it had mud flaps? Anyway, it was parked on some side street off of Yukon right behind the elementary school.

spotted a black VR6 Corrado, super clean, outside Maloney's in Westwood Friday night about 8pm. gave the driver a thumbs up, yelled 'nice corrado' and was greeted by a thumbs up. then he was nice enough to not run me over flooring it through the turn. just wondering if you're on here....

about 11:30 last night, in-n-out drive thru, huntington beach, beach blvd... saw a black MK4 golf/GTi with a jetta front end, lowered, wheels, tint, etc... we did a little staring, had we been in my car it would have been obvious why, but we had the TT.

spotted mkiii jetta last night (2/20).....lowered, kit of somesort....difficult to tell, mkiv look headlights, hood ext./eyelids......oettinger grill/badge, looked good, was in parking lot of antenello's restaurant across the street from south coast plaza in costa mesa, ca......

Well today I spotted something I have never seen of or heard of... A Pointer and well it was Red and small. Not more I can say. But I thought I would do a search and see if there are any on the Vortex... None and then a searched the internet and found this http://www.clubdelvwpointer.com.ar/ the "VW Pointer Club of Argentina" and was like sweet The South Americans seem to be into these, the plate on the car I say looks from out of this country, but I have to say the car looks damn good for what it is. I couldn't drive on but they look cool, anyone have any other pics?

So I pulled into the employee parking lot at Jamboree and Michelson in Irvine and saw a very nice rocco there. tried to park the mkII close to him but it was packed and couldn't get close. Saw him again this morning, works right next door to me. I have a 90 red GTI.
She's gone....gone I say.
