Each year the Terryville fairgrounds located in Terryville, CT plays host to the Connecticut Volkswagen Association’s annual Volkswagen car show. Dubbed the Connecticut Bug-A-Fair, this show is not just about the older bugs and beetles but also caters to all air and watercooled Volkswagens alike. This year marked the CVA’s 14th year and the annual event is still growing. All the proceeds from this year’s event go to the Terryville Lions Club and various charities. The Terryville Lions Clubs also headed up the food court for all the hungry contestant and spectators with some excellent food and beverages to help us make it through the day... Full Coverage

I really felt like I was in someone's backyard, invading on their BBQ!

Thank you to the person shooting the pictures posted, esp the fly A2 on p4/pic22.

That car definitely is not all that crazed up but looks the part of the cat's meow.

The CT. Bug-A-Fair and the Litchfield Bug In shows (both put on by Chuck Pisconski & Co.) have been listed on my web site for the last Nine Years now. If you are looking for accurate and timely information about VW Shows check out my web site. Events for the 2006 Season will start to be posted in January.

Kind of a random question but doesn anybody know what kind of rims are on that teal a2 gti in the pictures from the event, they're six spoke, possibly 15 or 16"?

i can answer that.. they're MSW princes 15x7 I had refinished after i bought the car. right now they're in the shed i have a set of RM's on
