i modified another firefox extension to get this one.right mouse click on an image -> make tag. puts the url of the image onto the clipboard with the [IMG][/IMG] around it. http://michaelakuck.com/imgtag.htm NOTE: i updated this for firefox 2.0.... could somebody else test it to see if it works for me? thanks.

download the file to your desktop. Then open your extension box by clicking tools->extensions, then drag the file on your desktop into the window. that will install it. after that you will need to restart firefox for it to work.

Thanks. It's especially helpfull for me because when I use the forums button to make the inage tag in FF it doesn't insert the tag in place (it puts it straight at the bottom). Do any of you have this problem?

i'll bump this up once... i use it so damn much....only issue i've found is that if the picture is on a secure website (https) then it appends the image locaiton twice (ie https://http://) i'll fix that sooner or later.

there are extensive instructions online. for this one, i just took another extension and modified it. i didn't change any copyright info or names on it or anything--i simply modified the functionality to match this website format better.
