 2007 SEMA Show: VAG Perspective« »

There are universal truths that apply to the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. You can bet that tens of thousands of industry car enthusiasts, or those smart enough to scam an industry name badge, will fly in to ogle a mix of everything automotive – from the most impressive builds you’ve ever seen to the most blatantly product-peddling cars. At night, there’s an army of slightly overweight guys in corporate Polos and Dockers ogling a barely clad waitresses at industry parties, then thumping on their buddy’s chest and further tiring out that weary phrase, “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.”

So did they have a diesel rabbit? That was unclear in the read; saying they displayed the new Jetta TDI with a rabbit and passat to show more VW aftermarket gear. I would love a TDI rabbit

I believe the Rabbit was gas, as was the Passat. Those were just on hand to show off accessories.

I guess no one saw the Jetta TDI show car at one of the main entrances (built for Sirius Radio)

Returning to near stock.....

If it's not in our gallery then I missed it. Sorry about that. I know we occasionally miss a car here or there. SDS Wheels had a cool Gallardo at the Dupont Registry display that we missed also.

You might ask APR, but that wheel looks really similar to the SDS wheel also on the white R8 at Vredestein Tire's stand. I'm guessing that's what they are.
