My 05 GLI FOR SALE

I forgot to thank two very special local folks: Next Level and Keith Boswell. Next Level has done some work for both cars (and my old MK3), and more importantly is a great local sponsor of all our events as well as regional stuff like H2O and Dubs on the Lake. They really do a great job

Also, Keith aka vw.insect did an amazing job on that custom GLI rear as well a lot of paintwork for the black car. I felt bad that I left both out of the article.

I really only hang in the local forums these days, but as always the G4/J4 forum cars just kill everything else out there. I pop in every once in awhile and see the best dubs on Vortex in here. From the sheer beauty in OEM simplicity of tchristmac, Vengeance, Soul, greyvdub, and eurosvlt to the almost frankenstein-esque custom work of guys like tattoo20v and Trevis (and everything in between), I'm really proud to a be a MK4 owner (despite what the rest of Vortex thinks about us ). Beyond having the hottest and classiest VWs, this forum also has the best bunch of folks

Chasing hookers in the swampy Pittsburgh nights will be missed...
Good to see these cars being officially documented, for the sake of posterity, for the kids.
