Simple but clean. Definitely get the flash. You'll love it, especially since you should be able to do Stg 2 since you already have a TBE.

See my user biography for mods.

This car has some nice add-ons, but waaay too many colors/random exterior elements.

"Exterior/Body Modifications: Carbon fiber eyelids, OEM silver tails, green city lights, yellow low beams and high beams, yellow fog lights"

Soo let's count the colors on the front end: Carbon, Green, Yellow (way too much to have it in all the lights), Red, Chrome.

Car looks like a nice base, with some good bolt-ons, but needs a bit of refinement before it can become truly clean (IMO).

Why do new stock cars make it to the autobiography? I changed the headlights bulbs too and I'm not on the homepage!!!
Show me an article about how a Vanagon got stuck in a mudhole and was towed out by an helicopter. THATS is interesting...

Quote from the article :

How long have you owned this car?
I’ve had this car since the summer of 2007. It was a graduation present from my family.

OMG....

Who helped you build this car?
I’ve done it all myself, from start to… well, I am far from finished.

You're talking about the bulbs swap right?

What don't you like about this car?
Maintenance can be costly, but like they say, you gotta pay to play, right?

Yeah, like they say, your parents gotta pay for you to play

What was your biggest obstacle in building this car?
Finding the time and the funding, but believe me, it’s getting there.

I think you got the funding part figured out...

What is your most memorable/humorous/embarrassing moment with this car?
I would say taking second place in the very first event I entered at a race and show event called “Bug-In” at Bandimere Raceway in Denver, Colorado.

Did your parents also bought you the judges?

why is a stock jetta considered a feature car on here ?

The purpose of the AUTObiography series is to showcase a forum member and his or her car. Submissions are chosen on a variety of factors; the creativity of the answers and the enthusiasm shown for the Volkswagen lifestyle are weighed along with the car's level of modification. We also try to select a variety of VW models so we can rotate the series fairly evenly across the forums.

The AUTObiography series is not the same as a full VWvortex feature car story. If you have any more questions about the series, I'll be happy to discuss it over IM.

And it appears it's necessary to include a friendly reminder that personal attacks on other forum members are against the forum rules.

Please drop me an e-mail if you'd like to discuss this further or submit your own car for public consumption... cherise@vortexmediagroup.com.
