car is closer to an insurance right off then a show car.. but I drive it everyday and probably will cry the day it goes. Thats a bit of an exaggeration on how bad it is.. but the point is this thing is far from perfect.
Current Asking price as of the initial post is $7,500 US picked up in Atlanta Ga area. This price may or may not go UP!!! as I fix and change things.

Body:
Car was hit in LF fender several weeks after car was bought new in 00 fender was repainted but is shipped
Car was recently hit in the left rear damaging bumper, corner panel and tailight. Tailight has been replaced and corner panel pushed back enough to get in place but needs professional help. Bumper was hit years ago and never replaced.. ugly but in place and works.

European HID housings.. I was one of the first handful of people too waste way too much money on these things .. bulbs and ballasts were bad so they have aftermarket units in them.

I have a euro front rub strip that is not installed and not painted that will go with with the car.

I have a set of 03? GTI seats the squarish ones in black.
The front seats are installed but the side airbags are not wired, have connectors just left them in nj (whoops)
rear seat had been removed and at one point installed incorrectly one of the latches on the black seats is damaged and in the processe of removing the metal that it hooks to on the car was bent. At this point a rear seat cannot be installed. I have the one gray stock seat to recover with the gti seat fabric and padding, but the hook on the car must also be repaired. rear seats are in nj but I will pick up and will come to an agreement to get to the customer. This also means rear seatbelts have been removed. For legal reasons I WILL NOT REINSTALL THEM!!!! I will assist in repairing the rear seat back but will not touch the belts. The belts are included with the sale.
Currently the steering wheel is a momo wheel with no airbag. This will not be sold in the car. When the titled is signed the car will come with a factory 4spoke steering wheel and airbag installed. For an additional price I may sell the steering wheel and hub to the buyer but there is no way I am selling it installed.
Stock stereo with only front speakers installed.. there are no rear speakers
AC works
A piller gauge with AWE EGT gauge and omori boost gauge. This is literally the original Omori test gauge for the color match gauges.. and well they didn't get it right. Without the egt gauge in it always looked close but off.. with the egt gauge in now its obvious its off.. but seriously it shows you boost.. don't like it change it.
V1 remote display built into instrument cluster. GET THE V1 FREE with purchase of the car!!!!! It is curently not installed and wiring removed. I will consider reinstalling it, if there is minimal haggling, for no charge.
TT pedals including dead pedal
leather shift boot but I am not guarnteeing any shift not being installed, the one in it has sentimental value and I don't have the stock one. It may be a pepboys boy racer knob or a bare metal rod.
There is no padding under the carpet.. There is still the tar, but no foam padding.
Original spare but no tool kit or foam around it, it was lost and damaged long ago.
Euro headlight switch with rear fog wired and installed.
missing bits and pieces here and there but all lights and windows work.. oh has sunroof!!!
Other:
There is probably a bunch I missed.
the car is fast but loud and vibrates a lot. I would not recommend this as a family car but I don't have any issues driving it everyday.
CEL is currently on for little stuff I need to diag like secondary air and a misfire (plugs are old and probably gap is opened).. CEL will be off at time of sale but I cannot guarantee emissions due to varying state requirements.
I will post pictures when I take some.
