Someone hit my driver side with their door. Left a small dent and some scuffs. I hate people who can't get out without having the door as far open as possible.

This morning I got up early after being stuck at work for the last two days completing three shifts and union school to go for my alignment. After a good cup of coffee and a biscotti provided by the shop I was told the car wouldnt go on the rack because of my bumper and intercooler piping. We even had a conference after the fact and tried to talk it out but the guy just wasnt confident and did not want to risk damaging the car. I could remove the piping and the bumper if I wanted to but it was raining and I would rather not. The shop I went to was cool and called around to see if a place would do low cars. The only place around was not recommended by the shop I was at but since there was no other option I went there in person. The place was packed Needless to say he didnt know if it would go on his rack either and from what i could tell from a distance their rack looked just like the one i came from. I had to make an appointment for next friday and since the guy came off as a dick I decided to leave.
Theres a place in Jersey that is highly recommended by my new mechanic and Pod-Mods so I called them up. They told me no problem with the low hotness so I made the earliest appointment available, Thursday @ 11am

So, the car is def out of alignment and im not gonna drive a hard 2000 miles with 200 treadwear tires and not expect to run into a problem.

Also, to be quite honest my money isnt right. Between the shotgun move on top of the thousands sunk into the car over the last three months to get the car where it is has taken its toll. Dont get me wrong, I could probably make it but Id rather not be doing a trip on credit cards and God forbid something breaks then I would be putting myself in some seriousness.

All in all im pissed, but I would rather come out of next week smelling like roses instead of risking financial doom. All i needed was another two weeks and I would have been straight to do this but its just not gonna happen. Sorry guys, I was looking forward to this big time.

Dude... Mike.... just call them back and be like super-polite: "look... I'm leaving on a road-trip and I really need to get this sorted. If any time frees up or if I can show-up first thing in the morning, would you please call me?"

The place is an hour away from my house. I have a double shift planned for Tuesday and Wednesday I have union school before work. Im so jammed up trying to get ahead and as of next week i will crawl out of the hole I put myself into over the past few months. I dont want to risk a parts failure which could screw me. Ill probably see you guys this weekend, if not then def @ show n go.
