I always liked the Mk3's. I had a Golf and a Jetta GLX myself.

Leana Jex, your car looks great. Nice and clean and tastefully modded.

It tells you right in the list of modifications, they are Keskin KT4s in 16x9 all around.

I would be the Mike spoke of in the article for helping build the car for Leana. Thanks for all the positive comments folks, the car was built with a bit of a picture in mind and turned out about as close to the picture as we could have imagined. Its nice to hear the positive feeback from the community about it.

Cheers

The car looks beautiful! As far as the ride hight goes... Most women I know would be missing most the front end if there car was low like that

Glad to see yours is still intact!

Thanks again guys, for the comments. Thanks again to Mike for seeing my vision for the car and running with it to make it so much better than what I could have ever asked for. You have a gift for modding cars

I'm very careful to not cheese grade the front of my car, it makes for an ugly front end

Those wheels look great on that car Keep up the great work. Oh and if you're really looking to "pep up" the 8v motor then really consider installing a larger camshaft. I installed a Techtonics Tuning 266 degree camshaft and lightened intermediate and cam gears and it made the car significantly quicker. If you're looking to get a bit more serious than just a camshaft, There is a shop in my area called Black Forest Industries (if you haven't already heard of them as I'm sure you have) who is currently making around 260-270ish horsepower (not sure if it's crank or flywheel as it's been a while since we spoke about it) on their 2.0 turbo using Kinetics stage 3 kit. Best of luck
