 Modified Z4 M coupe's. Post your findings!« »

Dont really get to see TOO many modified Z4M Coupe's around. I personally love them to death, and am thinking of picking one up maybe later this year when dealerships realize that still, no one wants them except people like me

I think if i were to get one, all i would do would be a set of wheels, some suspension and exhaust. That sits in my mind as perfect.

Anyways, to get this started..heres the Redbul car not exactly for the street

Yuck.

I do wish I could drive a street car in their livery without

1) looking like a douche
2) looking like a marketing team

Screw gas mileage, that is not what it's about

Having said that I get about 25MPG average (UK gallons).

Besides, your gas is less than half the price of ours so buy one and enjoy it!

I get about 19 US MPG in mine but have only 2000 miles on it.

It is real hard not to accelerate through the gears, even when you don't need to.

In the few comparison tests I saw, the 335i Coupe laps a track faster than the Z4M. Why is that? -Especially this being a light sports car and the 335i being, well, a big coupe based on a sedan?
Has it been made to understeer for safety purposes?

I would guess because the 335 is under rated and probably making a little more power than the s54.

Either way, I would think the results would be very dependent on the track. Some cars are better at certain courses.

I love the way these things look, but my friends mom has one, its tiny on the inside! I'm only 6'2'' 180, but I felt like I was practically cuddling with her when I was riding in the car.

have they fixed the exhaust note yet? This has the e46 m3 engine if I'm not mistaken...and that thing sounded horrendous, regardless of how awesome that engine was performance wise.
