My car pics from the West Indies, Let me show you them! (56k LOL!) | « » 8:28 PM 6-8-2008 | |
|
Here are some pictures I took of cars from various islands in the West Indies such as Trinidad, Antigua, Barbados, etc. My good camera broke and I had to deal with buying an el cheapo digi cam that was horrid for taking clean pictures unless it was very bright out. WHERES WALDO BONUS! > brownie points to anyone who can spot me in one of the pictures ( no im not shadow man either)
A decent looking Z, they were selling it for about $12,000 USD

A pug Beautiful 540i in Antigua, ( its rare to find a clean car like this )

BMW 116i in hatchback form ( is that right? hatchback sounds too japanese ) taken in 2004 A Suzuki Cappacino, I'll have mine with boost.

These things REALLY are tiny, most especially narrow. note the intercooler Celica GT4
This GT-R looked like a LOT of fun
A Daewoo RACER, really, it came from the factory with that badge on it. It looks like something Pontiac would make. All I know is it is fwd and by no means fast
A Nissan Bluebird / Datsun 510

This guy also had an NSX
I didnt think gasoline counted as mineral spirits but this Camarslow is HOLY GHOST POWERED!
 WOW!
Ford Falcon XR6 turbo obviously with the towing package I would definitely rock one of these, too bad they are all down under
Nissan Cefiro, RB powered, RWD, crazy projector headlights. They arent particularly attractive but they sounded so nice , I kinda want one.
Toyota Levin. It is a good looking car. The front overhang is pretty short and the tail lights are similar to an s2000. I might be wrong but I think they come with a 20valve head.
Mazda Cosmo ( this is what I am talking about with the low light and crappy camera) I talked to the owner at a local internet cafe, he said it was pretty heavy which surprised me, it didnt look like it should be as heavy as it is.
Skyline R33 GTS RWD single turbo
SUZUKI CARRY!!!! the 3cylinder solid lifter engine with a bad exhaust can really fool you for an old porsche when they are screaming up a hill. These things are scary to drive but so cool! Toaster Vans I call them.

I saw this pull into a gas station as I was leaving and like any other cargeek would, I waited to watch him take off. The car was just begging to be flogged. Sure enough right as he exits the gas station he is on the gas and redlines it through 1st and 2nd passing a whole line of cars illegally. t was the sound of something divine! DO WANT
Gotta love the VOLK wheels. It wasnt wrecked or anything, He ran at the drags without the front bumper for some reason, cooling maybe???
RX7 Type RS

Nissan Sunny Super Saloon, I find nothing super about it
Toyota Smurflet turbo Everyone has these. They have a dinky 1.6 with a tiny turbo and whenever you hear a PSSSHHH! it may as well be a whale because they are so slow
Vauxhall Omega, surprisingly low on options for how nice it looks. The interior is nice but plagued with bland colors and cheap materials where wood / alum. trim probably appear on top end models.
Edited for additional pictures and idiotic spelling mistakes

durr....I hope you dont think that's a real Nissan "super saloon". It actually looks ok for what it is.(IMO)(oh, I get it, your formatting isn't that great....) That 510 is what I'd expect from that area, Sh*tty. Thank god WU put up the speed signs! McLevin? The Cosmo's heavy because it has a 20B....lol, buddy had one in the shop in like '95, cool car, had nav.

I like how plenty of your pictures came from what appears to be people's drive ways...were you flashing your TCL badge and hopping off fents and burshes to get these candid shots?
