i got the 034 cover / heatshield because it was less then two inches from my coil pack wiring to my turbine housing. In fact, I had to grind the cover a little bit to clear the turbine housing lol.

It should keep the radiant heat at bay- that other abomination, however... omg is it ever ugly

You could at least CLEAN the engine before taking product photos, lol.

Yeah, I'm aware that you claim it's for heat rejection away from the coils. How hot does the sealed space from the valve cover to inside the spark plug bore in the head get? lol It's funny, the older my car gets, the longer the parts that usually fail end up lasting. I'm on my 2nd primary o2 sensor ever and I'm at 188K miles. I haven't blown a coil in like a year and a half either. I guess I don't need an engine cover.
