just the lens cover, as the basic shape of the taillights look the same. I thought top gear always said porsche designers were the laziest in the planet....

They changed the only thing that needed fixing, the side view mirrors. Finally those truck sized behemoths are gone for something that fits the car of this size.
The biggest issue I have with the no F IS would be the seats and the lack of side bolstering. A friend of mine has one, that I've driven a few times, and seats feel as if they don't hold you in properly.
