Exactly. Corbic has no clue. Taking a GSR and building it to ITR spec is no cheap prposition if it's going to be done correctly. Good luck getting the thicker 1/4 panels and welding them in.

While we're on the topic of Integra Type-Rs, what ever happened to "yours"?

I'm thinking of doing something very stupid and "car guy-ish"...

I keep looking at my 401k and it keeps dipping and I keep losing money.....at a good rate....yes like many of you. To that I am still pretty damn young and know I have alot of work ahead of me and many more years. To that end I'm half-seriously contemplating pulling some of my 401k money out and buying a car with it. To hell with it and you only live once. Yes it's dumb, yes it's foolish, I still think I could lose less money this way lol. In the end I probably won't but I need to buy this car and so I think I'm selling my Buick and moving on. It's too good of a deal to passup......

Then, a thread you posted on another forum, admitting the Integra Type-R is not yours, but your friend's car!

He just got back from VA with the ITR and **** I'm jealous. He's got himself quite the little Honda collection now b/c his daily is a 1st gen GSR.
BALLIN'!

Just to be sure, it's the same exact pic you posted claiming it's yours here in the car lounge:

Funny how often you use the word "troll" in this thread.
http://forums.nonewbs.com/showthread.php?t=50131

And to show this Bob Abooey character is most likely you, the link to your car lounge profile showing first name "bob".

Avatar also happens to have a buick grand national as well.

Suspicious...

Somebody should make a POLL THREAD titled:

"Who used to own an ITR?"

1) I sold mine. I'm an idiot and I will go to hell for being so stupid.

2) I had mine stolen. I wasn't even finished with the first tank of gas!

3) I wrecked mine. I read all the ITR threads at TCL and thought the car was impervious to dumbsh*t drivers like myself. The CL was wrong?

4) I only dreamt about them, but one day I woke up and my GF/wife/spouse/BF said, "I'm tired of you screaming out at night, 'ITR!!! Ohhhhhh, yesssss!!!!! Kick it in to me, yo!!!! Kick in haaaard!' It's the ITR or me!!!" I am weak. Now I must dream about it while awake and online at forums.

..stock... they are common as hell. I can find I'm sure a dozen for sale any give day of the week. Its simply a matter of what you want to pay.

The car can also be easily replicated.

Take a base Ingtegra, tear it down, stitch weld, new bushings, koni's + GC, either replace the engine, or do a complete build, add wheels and interior to your liking... vola, a "Type R"

a type r chasis is alot more than just stitch welding a base model.

I believe the Type-R did not come with a radio in the U.S.

Well I wanted to make it believable and having nothing but a fleet of TCL darlings would surely raise an eyebrow right? I threw in a nice SUV to act as my "daily" plus my parents have one and it really is a nice all around truck. I've driven it many times.
