I'm offering my 1986 Audi 5000 CS Turbo quattro station wagon with 5-Speed manual transmission.

I'll get the bad out of the way: It is not inspected and it is not in the best shape from a cosmetic standpoint. I will go over all issues in great detail with any serious inquires. The car could be made 100% daily drivable with very little effort. The cars exact odometer reading is unknown. I believe there is about 250k miles on the engine and body.

The good is that the car comes with many spare parts and accessories. I've owned the car for about two years and have receipts for all repairs I've performed in that time. I've repaired and replaced well over $1000 worth of parts. I also have some history from the previous owner.

More good: The car will come with two sets of wheels/tires. One set is 16x7 wheels originally from a 2001 Audi A6 2.7T. The other set are the optional "winter" wheels from an early 90's Audi UrS4 sized 15x7.5 with a set of winter tires that have been used only 1 season. The car also comes with spare oil filters, body panels, interior trim pieces and loads of spare under-hood parts. I also have the Bentley manuals that I will pass along.

The clutch is fine... it had been replaced by the previous owner.

No pictures of underneath... but I can tell you the undercoating is still in good shape.

I have been getting a lot of interest in the car lately. It has only been driven a couple of times in the past year. It did make the trip from Harrisburg to Hazleton PA back in Nov... it still runs at highway speeds like a champ. But, I can say at this point that the car is not really daily-drivable due to a few issues.

Here is a quick overview of the car as it sits:

I just replaced the battery, but there is still an issue with the electrical. Battery doesn't charge properly with the lights on. Haven't had a chance to diagnose.

It will need exhaust to pass PA state inspection. I have the muffler, but it needs a section of exhaust pipe welded back in from the resonator back to where the muffler belongs.

Front CV joints need replaced. They click.

It runs rich, not sure why... haven't had time to diagnose. Could be a number of issues.

Driver's side door handle is broken (trigger pull on the door handle broke). I have a replacement, but haven't had time to repair it.

I think that answers a lot of the questions I've gotten via IM over the past few days.

It is safe to say that this car will need to go to somebody who is knowledgeable about these cars and is willing to spend a bit of time fixing the car up. It has served me well, but I don't have time or space for this car anymore.
