ANDDDD........ we saw in Arizona 2 VW Touran's all wrapped up testing and a Routan behind it. They didnt appear too happy that we were snapping pics of them...

Then only a couple hour later while in New Mexico We came upon a black car which no emblems but recognizable tails.... and we instantly said NEW a6 OMG and it appears it is a european spec facelift A6. not sure what engine it was testing but it was obviously using radar based cruise control... our Valentine 1 was giving all kinds of weird very strong signals... which went away after we left the A6 alone.

We also saw but couldnt picture cause it was going the other way.... a New Ford SVT Raptor (not german i know but whatever.)

and what we are guessing was an Audi A1 or weird new A3.

oh and another non german but still weird..... looked like a mazda 3 or mazda 6 front but had a picup truck back... kind of like the Holden "elcamino" as i call them. Not sure what exactly it was but it didnt look custoize... looked all OEM

but yea these audi guys were giving us looks of death while taking the pics. and then got infront of us and everytime we went to switch lanes they switched infront of us blocking us. and then I floored it one time to pass them and they pulled a super last second brake check and swerved off an exit damn near mising it and going into the sign. lol

reading is sometimes useful. we have already deduced that it is the new A8, not the A6 facelift we already have in the US.

the tail lights where weird. They looked like neon tubes... couldnt really see any LED's other than the blinkers and the 3rd brake light.

they very well could have been neon tubes - they have been used in the past on taillights. not very often, though.

I'm sure they had a pretty good laugh creating it.

you should change the title to A8 spotted so that other car sites like jaloplink and such will cite TCL again

yea but it was like 7:45 or 8pm something... in the middle of no where... hardly no cars on the road... so they probably thought we will go out for a cruise and hopefully not get spotted.

didnt expect us in our mobile command unit to come flying up on their tail lol..
