This will fit BOTH the FSI & TSI GTI's.

It's off my 2009, and it has 17,000 miles of use on it. Only ran it about 4,000 miles without the stock muffler.

It's all 1 piece (just like stock) & hooks up to the stock downpipe.
Front section of the cat-back is stock with the resonator & then the other half is a rear 3" stainless section (TIG welded) from a EuroJet system complete with hangers & dual 3" polished stainless tips.

Sounds waaaay better than the "more common" resonator delete. Absolutely NO drone & a nice deep tone, with a little bit of "burble." No rasp or anything.

Takes 15-20 minutes to swap this one out with the stock one and I can even lend a hand in swapping (or do it for you).

I'll include a stock exhaust clamp and also the stock muffler too. The pics speak for themself....

Instead, I think I'll save this thread and show the pictures to my local muffler shop.

Now, I just need to find a set of decent exhaust tips.

Yeah the hard part is getting the pipe bent (correctly) & then finding a set of good looking tips...plus having good welds!
That alone might cost you $200 at a local shop

I don't have a problem shipping it at all....it's just gonna be a little pricey due to the overall length; they're gonna charge oversize fees.

I could cut & sell that rear section alone though, and then it'd be super cheap to ship
OR I could cut the system at the weld & ship it that way too, for it to be cheaper

I bought that section used from a member on golfmkv who converted his EJ GTI cat-back to the EJ R32 style cat-back....so he didn't need that rear section anymore

People IM-ing me about the rear section.....I'm asking $180 for it because the front section is gonna be useless & go in the garbage if I cut it off

The resonator delete from 42 Draft Designs sells for $100 & that is 2.5" aluminized steel with a couple hangers on it

I'm selling a rear section that will delete the rear muffler that is 3" stainless, mandrel bent, dual 3" polished tips, and the appropriate hangers that isn't available anywhere else

I'm not saying it's rare, but it's a quality piece and trying to justify my pricing. And if you could have this "custom" made, there's no doubt that it would cost you $100+ just for the tips alone

If it sells, it sells. If not, I'll keep it
