I was raised that its part of the man code...."never hit them in the junk unless its a life or death situation"   In a way its sad that he feels he can treat a LEO that way, and its sad that because his age, it will come into the defense of his actions...'but he's old, he didnt mean it..." If any able bodied male kicked a cop in the nuts, they'd be sentenced to atleast a few months.
