Depends. If they think it might've been structural or something to do with the plane, no. Remember they did the same thing with the F-15 fleet here when one of them broke up in flight.

Okay, gotcha, but it reads like they suspended all flights of all aircraft, regardless of model, type, or designation, not just the Bears.
