Hey guys,just want to share the pictures of the new tiguan..
this is the new Tiguan that they will start shipping early next year and are produced in China for the Chinese market. According to source from that site, it will have upgraded steering wheel, and climate control unit! I know there are previous post on the new tig, but this is official!! Anyways, pictures worth a 1000 words!! Pictures!!:

looks good i guess this is the upgrade everyone's been crying about. Not as bad as everyone thought.
funny i had a picture that was similar and i didn't think it was real, see below.

If that's the case you can say it looks like this as well.
And I love the look of the new Fusion. To me, that look for the Tig fits the new VW look without doing the same grill/front end from the Golfs. It's not a bunch of chrome and still does classy nice.

Hrmm ... looks pretty much the same I like the steering controls though.

Now if the US version gets that exact same front end treatment, I can live with that. It's better than what we saw in the earlier photos that were "illustrating" what was rumored to be the new design.I'm still now crazy about the width of the upper and lower grilles. I continue to feel there should be more of a visual separation between this and golf/jetta lines.

I agree, I'd like to see them blend more together almost "audi-like". The other thing that doesn't really "do it" for me is the chrome surround and the black "lashes" on the fogs, combined with the added chrome on the grill it makes the front look more like a Japanese or Korean "glitzmobile".

Alright! I'm just glad it's not an oversized MkVI front end. Too much chrome, but that's why god made plastidip. Looks good.

 It also has a longer wheelbase by 80mm so 2684mm vs 2604mm.
Chinese vs Global
L = 4525mm vs 4427mm
