Well... it's obvious why his house is for sale...

some guy in columbia has had a dark bronze/brown one with black wheels for a few years... must have imported it. i used to see it every day on the way to school, now it lives about 2 miles from me with a baby blue triumph tr6.
nice nice car, still manages to catch my eye every time its on the road, overshadows the gallardos (there are at least 2 running around here) and 360s.

Saw a red one at my work three weeks ago. Talked to the guy and he said he had put money down on it back in 2002 (I believe), Now there is a [email protected] waiting list.

I've seen one parked at a Rally, one driving near my house, and one at a car show . . . They are SUPER awesome.

and I knew what car you were talking about before I clicked on it

I have seen one, and it made my day!
...but I saw something a little more rare and desirable today - a Noble M12 GTO R3.
I'll try to get pictures of it in the next few days. It belongs to an executive at my company. It's his new toy!

Somebody who lives near my office has one. I see him every couple of days. Same yellow as the pictured car too.
But I saw a Mercedes-McLaren SLR this weekend. The Elise is more impressive to me though, because the SLR is a car I'll never really want to own, whereas I'd buy an Elise in a heartbeat if I had the dough for it and did not already have a mid-engined, two-seat, targa-topped sports car that I enjoy.

Not sure if you're asking about the Elise or the Noble, but the Elise was yellow and I saw it on the 101 in front of the T.O. Automall.
The Noble is dark metallic blue and works in Simi Valley, but lives in Granada Hills. People will probably start to see it on the 118 Fwy fairly frequently - he has some other toys though, like a 911 GT3.

Hehe, a few days ago I learned that that car uses the same motor as my car! With a couple turbos slapped on it of course.

Yes it does, but it's not exactly a crate motor or a salvage from a Cougar. The company that sells the kits here in the USA spends quite a bit of time on the engines from what I was told. 352hp for ~2500lbs doesn't sound bad to me.

I was talking about the Noble. I wonder how many of them are in the LA area?

seeing one made my day. Driving it made my year.
A buddy of mine just got his blue on last friday. OH MY GOD. It's almost like sex, but without the messy cleanup.

a dealer down that way has had one kindof for sale for a while. its a sketchy import. a friend was in negotiations for it but they were being silly with the pricing for what it was/is.
