Y'all don't sell timing belt kits for the 2.0 8v mk4 do ya?
To make a kit complete you need front and rear crank seals (we prefer older spring type, dislike the teflon version), oil filter housing seals, oil pump drive cover seal, dip stick tube seal.
If the block is being rebuilt, there are several freeze plugs at the oil galleys that should be replaced (under the water pump and the flywheel side of the block).
Freeze plugs in the block for coolant should be replaced if you live in salted road area. The freeze plug with the cooling nipple is pricey. The freeze plugs on the back of the block for the oil pump drive can be replaced. The smaller of the two is replaced when you replace the IM shaft bearings (both cam bolts and the IM shaft bolt are stretch bolts).
If you are removing the throttle body to clean it and the intake manifold, get a gasket. Not all change over valve seals are sold separately, VW will gladly sell you the drive unit (vacuum bulb) for a hefty price.
Some people have found that you can use Mk4 AFP 12v VR6 change over valve seals to complete the 24v VR6 seals.
