I didn't do anything to them last winter, and I left them spun all the way down. In the spring I just sprayed off the threads above the spring collar with PBlaster and water to clear out dirt, and then spun them up, applied some of the lube that came with my Koni's, and spun them back down. I could easily move them too.
Plus, the boot that covers the bumpstop and top of the shock should sink down enough to cover most of the threads (if you leave them spun all the way down in the winter)
If you want to be a wuss like Wendell and raise your car (J/K!!
) then you can do something like he did, or just clean them off really good and apply some kind of lube.
For the second year in a row, I'm not doing **** to mine.
Unless I get motivation and spray some white lithium grease on there.
If you go to a DIY car wash, just pressure wash each corner every other week, you'll be fine.
craigslist or the classifieds here. I'll ask my friend Ryan, he knows someone who collects hubcaps off the side of the road somewhere where there's lots of tourists and then sells them to other tourists that lost hubcaps
Mike and Rob, "came to visit" today.
Olds trans out, new trans in. Just a few small things now, and the car can be sold. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
Cool. We got the transmisson off the bad motor and all the accessories onto the good motor. (had to replace the accessory bracket) Need to put the clutch on and the tranny can be re-mated to the motor. Waiting to get a transmission mount and the motor can go in.
Actually, they don't even sell the 23" one anymore, you can only get those refurbished. They only sell the 20 and 30" ones new, and now they have a 24" LED display that's grossly overpriced.

Hi. I didn't get to see my friend Mike either.
Good get money for NYC.
I'd require a VR.
I have to pick vacations next week, I'm scheduling a week for H2O as usual. I'm going to SoWo in May. And I'll try to get a few days for a trip to Cali.
By the time you get here you may have a vr to play with. As we should have two up and running this week. But if you bust an oilpan you replace it. Let me look at my schedule and see when I have vacation.
