Watched with my 8 year old for the first time (my 11 year old has already seen them).

The Goonies (1985) - he says this is his "favorite movie of all time"
      Gremlins (1984)

While working, I often play movies on my third screen...

      The Pest (1997)
      Employee of the Month (2006)
      Super Troopers 2 (2018)
      Waiting... (2005)
      Office Space (1999)

      It (2017)
It Chapter 2 (2019) - not as good as the first chapter and probably 45 minutes too long but worth seeing if you liked the 2017 film.

Saw this last night and agreed. But nonetheless, I still enjoyed the movie. Great seeing James Ransone as Eddie, he was Ray in "Generation Kill" on HBO a decade ago.

      West Side Story

but, I'll be singing "I feel pretty" all day. Not a good song (or version of it) for a 240# 6'4" bearded guy to be singing.

      Late Night

Light and entertaining. Formulaic but done well and the writing is very sharp. If you like Mindy, you'll like this.

Once Upon a Time in America - good movie but way too long, it was 4 hours long. It would get slow and then pick up, and then get slow again. Rinse and repeat.
Dante's Peak - Cheesy volcano disaster movie with Pierce Bronson and Linda Hamiliton.

just putting this out because it was the 1st I heard of it...went to a play last week and in one of the actors bio's it mentioned: West Side Story 2020 directed by Steven Spielberg.

      I'm sure I'll go.

It must have been Natalie Wood night on TCM recently: besides West Side I watched Rebel w/o a cause = great and Kings go Forth with Frank Sinatra, Natalie, and Tony Curtis. Worth 3 stars...some entertaining racial thoughts but kinda failed to make it 4 stars.

Ad Astra (2019) - worth watching on larger IMAX or Dolby screens
