I haven’t, I still need to weld in a new drivers side floor pan

Thankfully our shop has a rollback and so I was able to bring it back to the shop. Time to get ready for the tdi swap!
And yes, the place on the roll-back is where I work, if you're in central Missouri and need diesel work done, we do it!

Got my downpipe back on. Like everything else, it is both ceramic coated and then wrapped. Also had an O2 bung added so when (if) it's back on the road I can do some proper tuning.

If I were more motivated, I would have put the intake back on too. But I've been dealing with "pneumonia" all day....

So much for unmolested; trimmed the back of the top-plate to allow me to tuck the stock radiator front and center using the condenser mount spots as they are the exact same distance apart as the radiator mounts and same style. Look how it fills the space so nicely. This should eliminate the need for a radiator card or side dam. Gives me space for Frank's over sized battery too, as the radiator was previously touching the edge of the tray.

Necessitated change to wireless hood release for clearance, Colonel Mustard provided (miraculously undamaged).

Now I'm not gonna want to put the bumper back on; all that cooling potential wasted... or maybe I can cut out some vent scoops...

Worked to remove the a/c boxes on mine, I'm converting to the non-a/c box. Got the stuff pulled out of the rain tray and cleaned all the garbage up so I can start making adapters for the new box. Missing the plastic cover for the side of the heater core on my non-a/c box but I think I've got an idea on making something.

I picked them up from local performance shop in Oshawa Ont. I'm sure you can probably get them at most automotive stores.
