Yup, that’s our bus. We’ve had it three years now, drove it most of the way across Canada last year, this years plan is to take it to
      Speedweek in Bonneville.

Wife has put 1300km on the car this week without issue. Going in soon for some paint touch ups and to get the rear bumper trim installed properly. The ratty exhaust needs to go badly, dunno whether to get a shop to make a new stainless custom one or to order one from IPD. Also needs a new gas tank, which I have not yet sourced.

Took it out of winter storage today. Got 12km before the charging system shat the bed...

The tow truck driver ratchet strapped the steering wheel to the brake pedal to stop it from moving, and now the brake pedal is not returning all the way. Requires force to pull it back to its resting position and a “pop” can be heard, meaning something is binding. Look like the booster is going to have to come off to check what’s going on, as I can not see the issue from under the dash.

Edit: looking like the booster has failed somehow, the ball on the end of the Clevis is pushing through whatever it seats on, requiring it to be forcibly pulled back out.

I have watched this thread since the beginnning. Don't you dare stop the updates!

I was a child of the 80s/90s and my best friends dad had an '82 GLT sedan that I spent years riding in. This thread brings me back.

      Glad you’re enjoying it!

Wife pulled the leaky fuel tank out while I was at work today.

Also finally cut off the super ugly exhaust
