OK folks so this is my 1st time back to modding cars since the death of Old Blu! If anyone rememebers:

      [IMG][/IMG]

So always wanted a GTI. So last fall, picked one up used from dealer " awesome deal" Gray 2010 GTI and started the modding HAHAHAHA. Im good friends and long time customer of FORGEMOTORSPORT and the team there helped with modding and losts of support.

      mods as follow:
Giac stage2, race, pump, stock all that jazz....
      Forgemotorsport wintake
      Forgemotorsport DV
      Forgemotorsport twincooler
      3" Downpipe "not cat"
      3" magnaflow exhaust
      AWE discharge pipe
BSH TB pipe with meth bong
Devilsown duel meth set up 0.75 nozzle before map sensor and and DOT 3 before TB
      NGK bkr7eix plugs
      Oil catch can
Blk forest motor mounts, yellow stuff
also cleaned intake mani and valves a few months ago

Ok so did some logs last week on pump file and though the timing was kinda low 15* So i called GIAC and had good talk with [email protected] and learned a few things, also was gonna get a more aggressive file with more timing and etc and they wanted to see logs due to the fact my boost was low. 15psi most of the time and 17psi once in a while. Went to forgemotorsport on friday and found out i had a boost leak, small but was there, forge hooked it up with new hoses for the intercooler, also change oem intercooler pipe o-rings and gaskets. Thanks to forgemotorsport and [email protected] for the support.

Good friends with the peps over at CFT went there 1st thing Sat morning and hit the rollers, well Ill let pics do the talking.

P.S.. only thing added on top of mods was a gallon or so of sunoco 260 gt 100 oct and added meth that was in the freezer over night "cold as f*%k!" not sure if this help or not, but whatever!

      [IMG][/IMG]

      3pull
      [IMG][/IMG]

      4th pull
      [IMG][/IMG]

      last pull
      [IMG][/IMG]

      log for the last pull
      [IMG][/IMG]

Not sure if these numbers are a lil high or not but whatever car is crazy fun to drive on race file.
Keep an eye out for my next project, doing something outta the box.

Those dyno numbers look accurate in my experience. We've dynoed a Unitronic Stg2 car and got ~255whp. Airflows were within a couple of grams of yours, but that was lacking your strong ignition advance. I'd say it's very fair to call that a 260+ whp car.

Yea those numbers seem good and on par....i dynoed mine as well and hit 276whp 290wtq on race file with w/m....i couldnt get an accurate torque reading cuz we didn't know how to hold the dsg in gear....but ill be going back next wknd for a more thorough pull and some graphs

Upshift using the paddles except when you upshift keep the paddle pressed and that will hold the gear.
      Or get a DSG flash

No paddles, just the + & - on the shift knob....so u have to go manual mode to 3rd gear and get to ~2k rpms and then press gas 90% down until u feel u hit the pedal "wall" then once u pass ~4500 rpm u press it the rest of the way....gonna try it and hopefully get some torque numbers over 300

Whaaaaatttt!!! i thought 260whp or so was pretty much the max for stock turbo. I gatta see yur dyno sheet. Yea man dsg is a pain in a$$ on dyno the 1st 4 pulls or so bastard kept kicking down a gear. So had to rev to like 3800 them WOT it! But im happy with number for a mustang dyno and it really fun to drive!

I ran it on the dyno last year. I talk about it in my build thread on post 54(I think). I would be interested on seeing the difference since I added the Neuspeed pipes.

I actually knew a few people that would be down for a group dyno day if something like that can be set up.

Then you don't have an accurate hp reading...can't get hp without tq

Well if u would've read through the whole thread and read my first post, it was due to not being able to hold the dsg in gear and couldn't get a reading below 4k rpm, where my real peak torque would've been instead of 5k where the HP was
