      Please lets hope not.

      How I read this.

I need the big ball bearings. I have a little side thingy on my Wolfman tankbag just for them.

Soccer season finally wrapped for the spring.

Girl scout season wrapped up last night.

Garage sale kicked off this morning.

Red beater Jetta was trying to kill me, so it's been replaced by a 2014 Golf TDI.

Been getting back on the BMX bike a couple times a week because I'm fluffy.

Daughter was due for a new bike instead of buying hand me downs. We shopped small mountain bikes and she didn't like anything she saw. Jetta upgrade, yes! Soccer done, yes! Girl Scouts done, yes! Garage sale on, yes! Back on the bike, hell yes!

Damn, you've been busier than a one-legged guy at an ass-kicking contest. Glad to hear all is going well. All the best to mini-binary.

We've tried a number of times over the years to get KidL on a bike, and it hasn't worked out yet, and now she's sized out of the inexpensive kids bikes so now just to try we're looking at bigger and more expensive bikes. Uffda.

How old is your daughter and how long has she been riding?

I'm considering pitching the idea that we just go without landing gears at all and buoy the bottom half of the fuselages and start building ****ing business boats instead.

Okay, is that really a silly place for such a large drain so close to the doors?

The 8" or so gutter/roof drain outlet, in this location is what scares me. Granted the outlet locations is comical.

Hey architect, have you ever lived or worked in a building?

Me:The architects main job is to make the structure safe, make sure it meets the clients expectations, make sure the HVAC make the artificial climate is comfortable for working/living & circulates the structure's air, and direct water away from the foundation. W T H!

Use your brain, architect, it's not that hard.

We clearly build planes first and buildings later.

To be honest though, normally that drain dribbles out when it rains at a fairly good clip. I've never seen it even remotely close to gushing like a fire hydrant like that.

I have been busy. Adulting sucks. Mini binary is 12, she's been on two wheels since she was 6 or so.

That's a lot of water. We finally dried out up here, but a lot more is coming next week it looks like. I feel sorry for all the people working the Mississippi River. I know we've got stuff waiting right now that's costing us $40k a day.

Damn, Steve, that's really awesome! I'm really hoping that this place is professional enough to really see your work ethic and the professionalism that you bring to the table.

Two questions: When do you start? And, does your current succubus manager know yet? If so, question three: How badly did she freak out?

She's absolutely beautiful and has a very nice and soft coat. Super Bassety in her gate and mannerisms. She has a condition with her eyelids that will need to be addressed with minor surgery. She just had a litter of puppies so we need to have her spayed. Apparently she was dropped off at the shelter when she couldn't produce anymore. This happens a lot with backyard breeders.

She rode with Leanne in the Exploder back to Oly and jumped from the rear into the front seat, so we know she loves car rides now. Once we got her in the back yard and closed the gate, she roamed around the back and then bee-lined into the house to check everything out. Not once did she seem stressed or scared. She gulped down some water and sat with all of us on our patio just taking turns saying hi.

When she did the "kerflop" onto her back for a belly-rub, I knew we weren't fostering anymore, we were adopting. She wouldn't leave my side last night and whined up a storm when I left the fence to water the front flowers. She sat in my lap while I watched TV and then jumped onto the ottoman to watch people walk by the house on the sidewalk.

As I was getting into bed, she tear-assed it upstairs and with a running start, leaped up onto our bed and the next thing I knew, I had a face full of Basset. She snuggled next to me in the bed in between my wife and I and fell fast asleep until this morning when I woke up. I had a big, ball of furriness on my feet in the bathroom as I got ready this morning.

Clarabelle is a sweetheart of a dog and I feel incredibly lucky to have her in our lives
This warmed my cold, dead heart nearly back to life

Class was last week, so we have been waiting for him to get his results.

In anticipation, I brought in a single-serving bottle of champagne on Monday and four plastic glasses. My plan was that when he got the news, I would round everyone up, take them across the street to the park with me and the paper bag filled with the bottle/glasses and we would all toast his passing grade. Nice little touch, I thought.

He wasn’t notified on Monday, so I took the bottle back home.

He wasn’t notified on Tuesday, so I took the bottle back home again.

Today he was notified, and he passed. Thank god. I’ve been shuttling this bottle around in my insulated lunchbox for three goddamn days now.

So, as planned, I told everyone to follow me, we go across the street, and I pour the single into four glasses and we have a toast to congratulate him for getting his certification.

As soon as we got back to the office I sent him the photos because he teleworks on Wednesday.

I'm down to 41 hours now because I took next week off. I'm so done with this project.
