massive meat making experiment #2 is in the oven resting. Put it on the smoker before I went to bed at midnight. Woke up at 4am to wrap it. Took it off at 2:30. We saved the juices. Dinner's gonna be good.

I guess some warning would have been nice, eh?

Do you have all the regular channels you would typically watch?

I don’t recall if I posted photos of the homemade bratwurst we made last weekend. Been in a bit of a haze post surgery. They came out decent but the flavor was lacking a bit, especially compared to the kielbasa.

Yeah, I got a text "Hey I did a thing!"

I think so? I don't really watch much TV, he does. I got faster internet out of the deal, so who cares.

Got to the cabin. Fished for about 90 minutes. I got 2 bass, one very small and one decent size. Midget #1 caught a bass too. All off the dock. Good sign.

      The internet is slooooooow though.

I think we found a streaming service that carries the, "deal breaker," stations. If we can save enough money after upping our internet speed a bit for the streaming, we may be cutting soon, too. All I can do is show the numbers.

No photos. It was quite barky. Nailed the S&P ratio this time. Pretty much everyone loved it. It was so hard to cut slices because it just fell apart. I have the point left, so I'm thinking of getting some good rolls and making some BBQ sammiches.

It looked kinda like this, only thicker smoke ring.

Wife saved the juices when we pulled it off the smoker. Looked like just over 1 cup.

sports are a joke right now, but at least you can catch F1. Hulu is like glorified OnDemand.

I’ve been looking to buy my first house for a while now... I’m about to pull a Cabin Pics and enter a small bidding war to make an offer on this 3bd/1 ba, no garage house. Fingers crossed.

Ended up storming all afternoon so it’s fine.

But yeah, taking it out solo is definitely not a problem.

      Nice looking house.
Note be careful about really close big trees.
They can fall (duh), and also roots can get into septic systems.
