Great build, convinced me to use Plasti Dip on the trim on my 4Runner. Also reminded me to wait for a black friday sale!!!

      Thanks for the comments.

Occasionally I think about selling but my wife would kill me. She knows how much time I put in and associates the time with a labor of love. Maybe it was/is, but sometimes I just want a p-car. I also occasionally think about making moar powar but I can't ever justify the "investment". It's an investment in the same way that throwing $5-10k in a dumpster and lighting it on fire is an investment.

The only real update is that the air ride is off.

Here's the new height on bilsteins and VW racing springs:

You can see some of my dipped 4Runner in the background. I both like and dislike shots of the Jetta in the sun because it shows off the color, but the grey base on the dip shows through in a lot of places.

The air ride is for sale, you should buy it. https://forums.vwvortex.com/showthrea...MK4-R32-MK1-TT

I also dream of P-car... That being said, you need to come for a ride in mine once the motor is rebuilt.. you'll want to slap a turbo on it. We'll go for a ride in the spring.

It's a magnaflow, not sure of the model. here's how it looks:

honestly it's missing something in the sound note inside the car. The guys behind me at WITW last year told me it sounded good, but I prefer the stock non-resonated sound from inside.

Ahh gotcha. What do you mean "missing something in the sound note inside the car"? Like its too loud inside?

It just doesn't have the same note as the stock exhaust. Doesn't sound as good IMO.
