Wheels are right. Lip's right. Skirts/hood/trunk are not.

But I don't know how much of that can be added/deleted, so... *shrug*

I think there was(is?) a pretty extensive build thread in the 4x4 section. I love the color.

Just a thought - I feel like there are some contributors who either have threads that I have missed, or have awesome classics at home that they haven't shared. Very cool to see some of these.

I'm definitely noticing this as well.

      Flawless success so far.

I am pretty sure we'll make an exception to the V8 rule for a Viper.

Thanks! Just a warmed over 302, some head work, bigger valves, lumpy cam, and bored .30 over. Everything else is stock, C4 auto, Dana 20 transfer case, Dana 44 front end, Ford 9" rear with 4:11 gears.

What can be more American than a V8 with a couple extra cylinders(pounds)?

      And current status

Next step, weld in floor pan patch, rewire entire car, install Watts link and decoupled torque arm, throw everything else back in and await more funding for more go-fast parts.

Never thought I'd say this after owning 11 imports beforehand, but MURICA checking in.

      She fits!!

Back when I first got her, pre Z06 grill/splitter.

      Here's old red.

Shortly after this pic was taken she got to knocking somewhere in middle of nowhere Missouri. Drove her home with the knock and found the no. 6 rod was loose on the crank.

I took the crank out and had it turned, and this weekend it will start going back together. All new gaskets, headers, true dual exhaust, electric fans, deleted EGR and a couple new pieces of sheet metal. It should turn out nicely!
