So I have to ask, just how eager are dealers to clear out the 19’s?

Been looking at used crew cab Ram 1500s, both Hemi and diesel, but the incentives and financing on the new bodystyle have me wondering how much better of a value will it be to go new again? I bought my Frontier heavily discounted because it was a ‘14 sitting on the lot into calendar year 2015.

Obviously I’ll have to give up the diesel if I shoot for a ‘19 and I’m leaning more towards a Laramie because that’s what I’m looking at used (want the features after years of driving low-option cars/trucks) but I have to admit, the Rebel is sharp!

Think going to Bobcaygeon's concession trail, being there once and made it 1/4 way before turning around, I feel confident with these Duratracs.

I'm going to leave exhaust stock for now, but I can imagine how good that sound, with the 8spd these things sound really good when taking off.

I REALLy want a set of turbofan wheels in white, or go the budget route and get Method Race 314.

      Duratrac's are good.

I left the resonators on, so its not too loud. But it has a nice deeper sound. And yes, it makes that nice exhaust crackle on up shift.

After almost 2 weeks and 1600km, I still quite enjoy the Rebel, the mileage is better than I expected, I've read multiple users on forums that they couldn't get pass 13-14mpg, which is what I had prepare my mind for, but I'm getting almost 18mpg through mixed driving, and during hwy I was getting almost 20mpg, so I really can't complaint about that.

The interior has been great so far, other than I realize how much more dash real estate there is to clean compare to my Outback, it doesn't help I often drive through gravel/dusty country roads with windows down.

Overall I love it, I would probably option for ecodiesel next time, and the multi-access tailgate.

No, just no. The Eco is not worth the downtime let alone cost of engine parts out of warranty.

      No? even the new one?

Longer range would've been nice with the bigger tank.

Do you know anyone has cleared the truck with 17" wheels? I've seen some of the 18"s barely clear and I kinda want to go to 17"s with 35"s.

Not sure on the new Eco. Still not worth putting up with the problems.

Not sure about putting 17's on. Might be too tight. I have 18" winter and they clears nicely.

Not a V8 owner (yet), but seriously considering a '16 or '17 Mustang GT.

I can't seem to find any decent reviews of base auto GT's, so I have to ask, manuel or auto?

*note* I'll be coming out of an S2000

manual unless you want to use it mostly for drag racing, which it's really fun to do.

Went some mudding but chicken out since the rut was lot deeper than it looks.

They always look so much lamer in photos. Terrifying when you're in there though.

Boundary road is also an easy trail, going to try Bobcaygeon next, but might need to get a winch.

Citrus degreased and cleaned things up to follow the apparent PCV fix. Almost as good as back when it went together.

Pardon the burnt paint on the exhaust runners - comes with the territory on an iron headed Pontiac that gets used.

Only a couple handy actually. I can't seem to find my Earth Day celebration video.

Right after I wrapped up the Fitech fuel injection. Obviously not quite fully dialed in at the time:

And less exhaust, but more smoke:

The one year anniversary was just the other day actually.

2 years after my original post in this thread, I found a deal on one I couldn't pass up. I figured I wasn't getting any younger and I wanted a V8, manual, pony/sports car once in my life. This one fits the bill.

2018 2SS 1LE w/PDR, NAV, sunroof, black bowties, and all-weather mats. It was a 2018 left over the original owner had for 5 months with only 1860 miles. It was flawless, with first oil change already done at 1500 miles, ZL1 rock guards, DiodeDynamics side markers, and JLT catch can already installed. Drove it over 500 miles home and put another 300 in the last week.

Believe everything you read, it is a brilliant performance car for the money that can be a daily driver also. You can also believe most of the negatives on the 6th gen Camaro but I can't think of one that would have changed my mind.

One of the Alpha platform cars is definitely next on my list. Great looking car.

Awesome pick up. The all black look is sinister, but hard to keep clean! Great option list too - it's pretty much fully loaded with everything. Here's my contribution to the thread. Mine is a 2SS, no 1LE.
