Just picked it up yesterday. Bought from the original owner. I have big plans for this one.

Everything I own is for sale for the right price. If you really want any of the cars I post about, shoot me a PM.

Wow, I'm very jealous. Although white is not my first choice on the E38, it is really hard to complain with the condition that one is in! Nice find, I'm excited for what your plans are; S62 swap perhaps?

      Lovely car!
      What a time capsule.
If you have a 5 cylinder, you don't need a stereo.

What is a Homologation car you ask?

Nice find! My dad bought a 1995 740iL last year with 38k on it, think it's up to 46k now. Your cars would look good together.

First off, he wanted a black interior, so... And then there's the fact it's not powerful enough. It's simply a really clean base to build from. I can't wait to see how this one turns out. I've already seen a lot of the parts he's going to be using...

      Nice pick up!

I got my E38 the end of June. Not the color (inside or outside), or the model (iL) I wanted, but it was maintained to the hilt. They are extraordinary cars, capable of covering A LOT of ground at speed. I finally understand what they meant by "it gets smaller the faster you drive".

Jesus that car is clean....can't wait to see what happens, but part of me would want to keep it just the way it is.

I never doubted for a second that he was going to do another drool-worthy project, Chris!

But given the condition of that interior, I wonder if he won't change his mind on that one.

Somehow, even that sounds too tame given what we know he's capable of

Best 7 series ever. And 2001, the final year, was the best.

My mom had a new 2001 740iL in dark emerald green with sand beige leather that she factory ordered. She kept it 8 years and it was a great car. Drove like a 3 series and made the driver feel like a king! Back before BMW started designing cars for 19 year old hairdressers.

Was this one owned by an elderly/mature Florida driver?
