Off the top of my head, I don't have any good examples. I need to think on it a bit. But it was requested here: https://forums.vwvortex.com/showthrea...rite-taillight

      So have at it.

Dunno what my current favorite is, but this is the first headlight I remember specifically liking:

      I’m a big fan of the DB11

and the Dodge Magnum lights I’ve always adored

      and the Buick Invicta

Citroen SM would probably be my favorite but I don’t have any pics as I’ve never actually seen one.

The ones on every U.S. market car produced from 1934-1975 look pretty good.

First that came to mind was the S90/V90:

I prefer it to the XC90:

How about a headlamp that functions well, delivering good light output to help the driver see without producing too much upward glare to annoy other drivers?

Call me NoPopups because I am all about the integration.

Saw this pic today and rather liked the look with gutted headlights.

I like the crosshair's on both Mk1 and 2's. Speaking of Mk2's I've always loved the Rallye lamps too.

These were the raddest before all the knockoffs.

I like these C6 lights. They were truly groundbreaking at the time as they were the first modern Corvette lights that didn't flip up. This meant that the lenses and other bits had to be purposely styled. It worked!

I have to give credit to TCL in this thread (and also the tail light thread). We've seen massive changes in lighting technology over the last 5 years. These threads could easily be filled with simply the newest tech like LEDs, lasers, and OLEDs. But TCL wins by providing timeless examples rather than just the newest.

I've always loved the optional LED's on the 17/18 JK/JKU Wranglers.

I liked those more towards the end of the production cycle when they let you choose a contrasting color for the headlights.

Haha I was thinking making this thread at some point but never did. Anywho, The first thing I can think of is this lovely, yet simple headlight.

3rd gen Mazda6 (GL specifically) headlight
