Hub replaced. Noise gone. Great success. Old one fell off.

I didn't take a picture of the new one, because well, yeah.

Oh, here are some pictures under the car. Not terrible for something that spent 14 years in Chicago.

I guess it depends on what you want to do with it. Getting the toe out of it is great for turn in. Camber is the question mark. If you didn't commute with it so much I'd say get some camber plates and do 3* front camber, and 2* in the back and it'll turn in great and pick up a lot of mid corner grip, but you'll burn the insides of your fronts commuting like that.

Running more camber in the rear on that car will make it feel super stable and it will generally lose the nose first when you drive it hard, which isn't a bad thing.

I guess the question I'll pose to you is what do you want the car to do, and then how can you set it up to do that.

New inner and outer tie rods, done. Front alignment, done.

      Engine noise?

That was idler pulley. $20 fix. Done.

      Happy Erik?

      Yes.

Oh yeah! I remember doing the E30 tie rods, simple but remembered to take measurements, then align. Sounds like you have done almost everything that's basic so far! Moew!

Drove the car to work this morning out of alignment, it got aligned once I got into town. It didn’t like that one bit, the traction and stability control systems went nutty, threw tons of ABS and steering angle codes.

      All good now.

I believe this company can replicate any of the OEM decals.

I ordered folding top instructions for the sunvisor of my convertible. Quality is excellent. I though price was reasonable, $16 shipped from UK. I had it in 3 days.

If they’re giving you the runaround, try going through a collision repair shop. They order those things all the time. (From the parts department at a dealer too, of course, but they might have an easier time getting the dealer to do what they need them to?)
